1. The service
Buy The Way is a real-time shared shopping list application provided free of charge as a progressive web app. You can sign in with Google or an email sign-in link. The service is offered on a best-effort basis and without any service-level agreement at this stage.
2. User responsibilities
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You will not upload illegal, harassing or infringing content (including text, photos or other attachments), and you will not abuse the collaborator-add feature to contact users you do not personally know. You are responsible for the content of the lists you create and share.
3. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of repeated or material breach of these terms after reasonable notice, except where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the service or other users.
4. Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you have paid for the service in the previous twelve months - which, since the service is free, is zero.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
6. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the operator's place of residence, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant you the right to sue at your own place of residence.
7. Changes to these terms
We may unilaterally amend these Terms of Service when needed for legal compliance, service evolution or security reasons. When we make material changes we publish an in-app notice on your next sign-in and update the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes you may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
